Description
Elegant Steinway & Sons Model “O” Grand Piano In Natural Mahogany
The Model "O" was one of Steinway's more popular parlor grand piano models of the early 20th Century era. The original Model "O" is a scarcer model today, and they are very desirable as a result. In fact, Steinway recently reintroduced the Model O in their new piano line, and today it is once again one of the most popular models in the Steinway line.
This piano was built in 1921 at the height of America's "Golden Age" of piano building. It is made of beautifully grained mahogany wood under the old deteriorated finish and is of the Classic Traditional style. The piano can be restored to any shade or color one would desire. Although the piano was originally finished in a warm brown color, it can be finished in a red mahogany or even in a black finish if a client prefers. This piano will be a superior quality instrument once the restoration is complete.
The original matching bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
