DESCRIPTION

During the 19th Century, The Weber Piano Company won their fame and stellar reputation by building exceedingly well made instruments as the piano evolved into the modern instrument we know today. The Weber Piano Company was one of the finest pianos money could buy.

By the turn of the 20th century, American interior design and décor saw a huge revival in period and historical furniture styles. This Renaissance led to the creation of some of the most unique and beautiful pianos ever built. These instruments were true works of art, and these special designs were generally reserved for only the highest quality, most expensive pianos on the market.

Built in 1906, this Weber Parlor Grand Piano is a stunning example of the elaborate Louis XV carved style. The case is made of exotic-grain Circassian Walnut wood and is gilded with exquisite solid brass ormolu accents. With its elegantly carved legs, pedal lyre & moldings, the overall appearance of this beautiful instrument is truly reminiscent of America’s elegant gilded age. The piano has been completely restored to like-new condition, inside and out. Simply put, the quality and craftsmanship found in this piano is seldom found today.

The instrument has been equipped with the Pianomation player system, allowing the piano to play by itself in addition to being played by hand the traditional way. The Pianomation plays wirelessly from an iPad, computer or smart phone, and is designed to integrate with conventional home stereo systems. Thousands of song titles are available.

The original matching Louis XV style piano bench is included.
