Beautiful F. C. Lighte Square Grand Piano in Brazilian Rosewood
This is a beautiful Civil War era square grand piano built by the prestigious F. C. Lighte Piano Company in 1864.
This piano is made of beautifully carved Rosewood, and is in the Rococo Revival style. Note the amazing hand carved cabinet - the square pianos with this level of ornamentation were among the most expensive, highest grade square pianos available at that time; often selling for as much as a small house!
This piano is being restored to like-new condition, inside and out. It will be a stunning piece once restored!
The beautifully carved antique piano stool is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
