This rare instrument is an early pre-war example of the carved Rococo Victorian style done in Brazilian Rosewood. Note the beautifully carved legs, lyre and music rack which give this instrument an overall formal and elegant appearance. Also note the elaborate harp which was cast with exquisite detail.
These early square pianos have a soft, harp-like sound quality that is quite pleasant to hear. This piano will be restored to like-new condition, inside and out. It can be equipped with computerized player mechanisms if desired.
