DEPOSITS: The restoration of this instrument has not been completed. A 30% deposit is required on instruments pending restoration. This deposit holds the instrument and keeps it from being offered to another clients, and it also makes that piano's restoration a priority. Once we complete the restoration, we invite the client to visit our shop to see and hear the piano. If the client is unable to visit our shop, we will send professional photos and videos of the piano for review. The client then has the option of paying the balance and purchasing the piano, transferring their balance to another piano in our shop, or getting a full refund for their deposit. The client is never at risk.

DESCRIPTION

The Model M was one of Steinway's most popular parlor grand piano models of the early 20th Century era, and it was a favorite of both fine home musicians and professional pianists of the day. Even today, the Model M Steinway is one of the most desired vintage Steinway models.
Built in 1926, this piano is a product of the "Golden Age" of American piano building. This piano was originally built as a reproducing player piano, playing from a perforated paper roll. The piano is being restored and equipped with the Pianomation Player system so that it can play from an iPod, iPhone, comptuer, etc. Thousands of song titles are avaialble!
The piano is made of beautiful rich figure walnut wood, and is of the traditional spade-leg style. The matching bench is included.
