DESCRIPTION
This beautiful piano was built during the "Golden Era" of American piano manufacturing. Known as the "Model M", this piano is made of beautiful walnut wood in the rare Louis XV carved style. Note the beautifully carved legs and molding. Even the top lid of the piano is scalloped in beautiful detail. The Model M was one of Steinway's most popular parlor grand piano models of the early 20th Century era, and it was a favorite of both fine home musicians and professional pianists of the day. Even today, the Model M Steinway is one of the most desired vintage Steinways. It has been restored and refinished to like new condition, and boasts a perfect original ivory keyboard that was preserved in restoration. An original mahogany bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
