DESCRIPTION

Steinway was established in 1853, and they have built pianos consistently since then. This piano was built by Steinway in 1874 and is known as a "Model C". It is made of Brazilian Rosewood with unique floral inlay patterns on the key-cover and music desk. The piano also has unusual brass trim around the bottom of the case and around the inside of the rim. This instrument has been restored to like new condition, including a new action, new strings, pin block, pins, etc, and is like new in every way. A matching antique bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
