John Broadwood is one of the oldest and most renowned piano makers in the world. Established in the mid-1700’s, Broadwood has built pianos in England for over 2 centuries and continues to make some of Europe’s finest pianos today.

This piano is known as a Boudoir Grand Piano, and is made of mahogany with ebony trim. In Europe, it was common that pianos were made in this unusual two-tone finish; a feature almost never found in American made pianos. Note the unusual shape and overall look of this piano it is very striking in appearance. It is made in the Empire Revival style, typical of the turn of the century English grand pianos. This piano features a full cast iron plate, and is late enough to encompass all of the modern methods in piano building. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired. An original matching stool is included.
