Instrument Description

The Lagonda Piano Company was established about 1900 in New Castle, Indiana. This Lagonda upright piano is made in the Mission/Arts & Crafts style, and is made of stunning quarter sawn oak wood. Note the unusual carved floral motif on either side of the front panel. This piano has a large tone, and has been very well preserved. Even now, prior to restoration, it plays well and sounds good. This piano will be restored to like new condition inside and out, and can be refinished to match any shade of oak. An original matching bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
