DEPOSITS: The restoration of this instrument has not been completed. A 30% deposit is required on instruments pending restoration. This deposit holds the instrument and keeps it from being offered to another clients, and it also makes that piano's restoration a priority. Once we complete the restoration, we invite the client to visit our shop to see and hear the piano. If the client is unable to visit our shop, we will send professional photos and videos of the piano for review. The client then has the option of paying the balance and purchasing the piano, transferring their balance to another piano in our shop, or getting a full refund for their deposit. The client is never at risk.

DESCRIPTION

The Netzow Manufacturing Company was one of Milwaukee’s most successful piano manufacturers.  This instrument is a beautiful example of Netzow’s extraordinary craftsmanship from the early 20thCentury.  The piano is made of richly figured walnut wood and is of the Edwardian style. The Edwardian period (named for the reign of King Edward VII from about 1900 – 1910) was a transitional period that went from the elaborately carved Victorian style to the more stream-lined “modern” styles of the 20thCentury.  This piano has a simple, elegant look with subtle carved details without being “too much”.

This piano is a large, full-size upright grand with the string length and soundboard area larger than a baby grand.  The piano has the original ivory keys intact.  The instrument will be restored to like-new condition, inside and out.  If desired, this piano can be equipped with the Pianomation player system, and can play by itself by streaming through any smart device. Thousands of song titles are available.

A matching piano stool is included.
