This stunning Baby Grand Piano is a lovely example of the rare Italian Renaissance Revival style which was popular among the wealthier class in the early 20th Century.

DEPOSITS: The restoration of this instrument has not been completed. A 30% deposit is required on instruments pending restoration. This deposit holds the instrument and keeps it from being offered to other clients, and it also makes that piano’s restoration a priority. Once we complete the restoration, we invite the client to visit our shop to see and hear the piano. If the client is unable to visit our shop, we will send professional photos and videos of the piano for review. The client then has the option of paying the balance and purchasing the piano, transferring their balance to another piano in our shop, or getting a full refund for their deposit. The client is never at risk.

Description

This extraordinary piano was sold under the “Solo Concerto” label by the prominent M. Schulz Piano Company of Chicago. The instrument is a stunning example of the elaborate Italian Renaissance Revival Style in custom-painted yellow, brown, green and gold. There are several painted scenes of classical Italian country scenes and the color and detail is amazing! With its elegantly carved triple legs, pedal lyre & molding, the overall appearance of this piano is both formal and elegant. Not only is this piano visually stunning, but the sound and tone quality is of the finest quality.
A matching Italian Renaissance style bench is included.
If desired, this piano can be equipped with the Pianomation player system, and can play by itself by streaming music live on an iPod, computer, iPad, etc.
(Note: We were lucky enough to acquire a matching pair of these lovely custom made antique pianos. The one we now have available is the second of the pair and is currently undergoing restoration – the first one has been sold)
