Description
This beautiful piano was built in 1916 by the Conway Piano Company of Boston, one of the city’s more prominent and respected manufacturers. Known for their high-quality craftsmanship, Conway pianos were widely popular until the onset of the Great Depression.
Crafted from stunning book-matched walnut, this piano features clean Colonial-style lines that highlight the natural beauty of the wood grain without distraction. Its timeless simplicity and elegance make it a striking piece of functional art.
As a full-size upright grand, it delivers the powerful tone, resonance, and presence of a grand piano in a vertical design—perfect for those who want concert-quality sound in a more space-conscious form.
The piano is currently undergoing a full restoration, bringing it back to like-new condition both mechanically and cosmetically.
For added convenience and versatility, a modern computerized player system can be installed, enabling the piano to perform wirelessly from an iPad, smartphone, or computer. With access to thousands of songs, it’s ideal for both entertainment and ambiance.
A matching bench is included.
