Description

Jonas Chickering was the first piano manufacturer in America. The Chickering firm was established in 1823 in Boston, 30 years before Steinway, and the company built the finest pianos the world has known. This piano is a beautifully restored example of the Rococo style Chickering Concert Grand Piano. Note the beautifully carved legs, music rack and pedal lyre which is offset by the stunning rosewood grain. This piano can be fitted with a computerized player mechanism if desired.
