DEPOSITS: The restoration of this instrument has not been completed. A 30% deposit is required on instruments pending restoration. This deposit holds the instrument and keeps it from being offered to other clients, and it also makes that piano’s restoration a priority. Once we complete the restoration, we invite the client to visit our shop to see and hear the piano. If the client is unable to visit our shop, we will send professional photos and videos of the piano for review. The client then has the option of paying the balance and purchasing the piano, transferring their balance to another piano in our shop, or getting a full refund for their deposit. The client is never at risk.

This beautiful Chickering parlor grand piano is petite and formal in appearance despite being a full parlor grand piano. Chickering was the first piano manufacturer in America, and they are known to have built some of the finest pianos in the world. This piano is made of mahogany wood finished in a satin hand-rubbed lacquer finish, and is of the Late Victorian style. Note the beautifully carved legs, lyre and music rack. This piano is known as the “Scale 123” and has an exceptionally brilliant and crisp tone quality. This piano also boasts a perfect set of original ivory keys that are in perfect condition. This is a rare opportunity to own a larger Chickering instrument at about half the price of a new one. An original matching bench is included. This piano can be fitted with a computerized player mechanism if desired.
