The Antique Piano Shop is proud to offer our latest featured piano, this absolutely stunning Autopiano Arts & Crafts Player Piano, this exceptionally rare and fully restored Mission/Arts & Crafts Style Autopiano Player Piano that dates to 1907 and is made of gorgeous Quarter Sewn Oak.
This is very rare “Model S Mission Oak” Arts & Crafts/Mission style Autopiano player piano plays a paper music roll and is operated by foot pumping bellows below the keyboard. This piano has been completely restored to like-new condition internally, but the exterior cabinet has had the original finish restored, rather than refinished, in order to preserve the original antique patina. True Arts & Crafts/Mission style cabinets of this caliber were built in small numbers and they are very difficult to find today; of particular note is the handsome mortise & tenon joints, the Mission influenced pyramid posts protruding from the top of the cabinet, and beautiful original copper candle sconces on either side of the instrument!
This piano is especially desirable because the instrument itself is of superior quality. The tone quality of this piano is exceptional, reminding one of a full size grand piano’s power and volume. The touch of the piano is very responsive and light, making the instrument a real treat to play by hand!
The original matching Arts & Crafts bench is included. These Arts & Crafts/Mission style instruments were made in very limited numbers, and are nearly impossible to find today.

A special note from Michael Stinnett, the Founder of The Antique Piano Shop:
As founder of The Antique Piano Shop, I have personally collected Mission / Arts & Crafts style pianos for over 25 years. I have a great passion for anything Mission / Arts & Crafts, including Craftsman homes, furniture, and accessories. If you are a true Arts & Crafts enthusiast, you will appreciate how impossible it is to find true Arts & Crafts / Mission style pianos in today’s market. Nearly three decades of collecting and preserving these “impossible to find” instruments has allowed me the opportunity to present the largest collection of true Mission / Arts & Crafts style instruments anywhere in the world.
We are proud to offer the serious enthusiast the option of adding an authentic period instrument for their Craftsman home.
