Antique Piano Shop was honored to host The Daily Times of Maryville, TN into its shop to show off what makes this such a special place to work. The crew loved seeing their work highlighted on the front page of the newspaper! The article features our Royal Piano, which is an 1877 concert grand built by the highly esteemed John Broadwood and Sons piano company. Records indicate this piano once belonged to the King and Queen of England, and even sat inside their private apartments in Buckingham Palace. From there it traveled to Hawaii, where it was once again owned by royalty. While on the Hawaiian Islands, it belonged to a family who was of the royal lineage of kings of the Hawaiian Islands.
