DESCRIPTION

Lyon & Healy is the most famous builder of concert harps in the world. What many people don’t know is that Lyon & Healy was also one of the larger and more successful American piano manufacturers and retailers of the 20th Century! Like their harps, Lyon & Healy put the highest quality and craftsmanship in building their instruments.
This lovely grand piano was built by Lyon & Healy in 1918, the “Golden Age” of piano building in America. The piano is made of beautiful imported Honduran Mahogany wood and is of the Traditional spade-leg style. Measuring 5 ½ feet long, this piano is small enough to fit well in most modern homes while being large enough to give a large, full sound quality.
This piano is currently undergoing restoration and can be custom-finished to match a buyer’s preferred choice of color, etc. The original matching bench is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
