This beautiful piano was built by Behning & Son circa 1881. Behning & Son built higher quality, well-made pianos for nearly a century. Square grand pianos by the firm are rarely encountered today.
This Behining & Son square grand piano is made of exotic-grain Brazilian Rosewood and is made in the carved Rococo Victorian style. The instrument has been restored to like-new condition, inside and out, and has been equipped with the Pianomation player system which allows the piano to play by itself as well as being played by hand. The videos shown here will give the listener a better understanding how lovely these pianos really do sound after professional restoration! An original piano stool is included.
