This lovely piano was built as an extreme adaptation of The Louis XV Style which was influenced by the Baroque period in Europe centuries ago. Pianos like this were only afforded to a wealthy few because of the high cost associated with building such an elaborate piano.

The instrument was built by famous Rudolph Wurlitzer Company in 1916. Prior to the Great Depression, Wurlitzer was building instruments of superior quality and craftsmanship. These early pianos are the instruments that made Wurlitzer world famous and made Wurlitzer a household name throughout the 20th Century.

This piano is carved in the beautiful Baroque French style and has been custom finished in a Marbleized Pearl finish with deep copper and umber antique accents. In person, this beautiful instrument has a true palatial look and feel, making the piano well suited for the most opulent surroundings. Note the amazing detail in the carved legs, side panels, and music desk. Each individual fleur-de-lis is carved right down to the finest detail! This is a one-of-a-kind, custom piece.

This instrument has been restored to perfection inside and out. Not only is this an aesthetically beautiful piece, but it is a fine musical instrument with a full and robust tone quality. If desired, this piano can be equipped with the Pianomation player system, and can play by itself by streaming music live on an iPod, computer, iPad, etc.

An original matching piano bench is included.
