This beautiful piano was built by the prominent Bush & Gerts Piano Company of Chicago in 1902. Bush & Gerts built very expensive, high quality pianos from 1885 until 1942, and their upright pianos are some of the most impressive instruments we see come through our shop.

This piano is one of the most elaborate upright piano models built by Bush & Gerts - it was considered the highest grade and would have been very expensive when new. Pianos like this would have cost the equivalent of a small house of the era! It boasts beautifully carved inset panels and elaborate moldings around the case, all made in the finest richly-figured walnut wood. The tone quality of this piano is tremendous, which isn't surprising for a Bush & Gerts instrument.

This piano is being restored to like new condition, inside and out.  If desired, this piano can be equipped with the Pianomation player system, and can play by itself by streaming music live on an iPod, computer, iPad, etc.  Thousands of song titles are available!

A matching antique piano stool is included.
