description

The Model M was one of Steinway's most popular parlor grand piano models of the early 20th Century era, and it was a favorite of both fine home musicians and professional pianists of the day. Even today, the Model M Steinway is one of the most desired vintage Steinway models.

Built in 1926, this piano is a product of the "Golden Age" of American piano building. This piano was originally built as a reproducing player piano, playing from a perforated paper roll.  The piano is being restored and equipped with the Pianomation Player system so that it can play from an iPod, iPhone, comptuer, etc.  Thousands of song titles are avaialble!

The piano is made of beautiful rich figure walnut wood, and is of the traditional spade-leg style. The matching bench is included.
