Instrument Description

The Emerson Piano Company was one of the larger and more renowned Boston piano manufacturers throughout the 19th and early 20th Centuries. This beautiful piano is known as a “Cottage Size” square grand piano, with its dimensions a bit smaller than most square pianos from the era. This piano is made of Brazilian Rosewood, and is of the Rococo Victorian style. Note it’s smaller dimensions and beautiful Rosewood. This piano has an overall petite and elegant appearance, making it suitable for a small formal parlor or music room. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired. A matching piano stool is included.
