Instrument Description

This beautiful Chickering parlor grand piano is very handsome and formal in appearance. Chickering was the first piano manufacturer in America, and they are known to have built some of the finest pianos in the world. This piano is made of Honduras Mahogany wood and is of the Late Victorian style. Note the beautifully carved legs, lyre and trim. This piano is being restored to like-new condition, and will be an amazing instrument once the restoration is complete. This is a rare opportunity to own a larger Chickering instrument at about half the price of a new one. This piano can be fitted with a computerized player mechanism if desired.
