Instrument Description
This lovely piano was built by Hardman, Peck & Company circa 1885 during the height of the square grand piano's popularity in America. Square grand pianos by Hardman, Peck & Company are very rare today, and their instruments were very well made. This piano is made of beautiful Brazilian Rosewood and is of the elegantly carved Rococo Victorian style. Note the beautifully carved moldings, legs & lyre. This piano would have been the most elaborate, expensive grade of square grand offered by the firm and it will be a stunning piece when restoration is complete. A matching stool is included. Computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
