This magnificent instrument one of the most stunning grand pianos we have ever restored. Built in 1873, this is a full size concert grand piano. Famous pianists like Franz Liszt and Gottschalk performed on these instruments while in the United States, offering rave reviews about the superiority of the Chickering piano. This instrument is made of beautiful rosewood with elegant carved cabriole legs and music rack, and has a tremendous tone quality that would match most contemporary instruments built today.
