Return To ListingInstrument Description
The Weaver Piano & Organ Company built a number of high quality parlor organs during the turn-of-the-century era. Weaver instruments were higher grade, more expensive instruments that most, and they are a bit rare today. This Weaver organ is shown prior to restoration, and appears to be in rough, original condition. It boasts a beautifully carved Victorian style walnut cabinet with elaborate shelves, moldings, and mirrors. These high back Victorian organs were once commonplace in the American Victorian parlor, but they are all but forgotten today. This organ will be restored to like new condition. An original matching stool is included.
