Instrument Description

This piano was built by the Shaw Piano Company in 1897. (Shaw was built by the famous Charles M. Stieff Piano Company) Shaw built pianos from about 1895-1915, originally based in Eerie, PA. This piano is made of beautiful French walnut, and is of the Eastlake Victorian style. This piano has a clear, strong tone and will be a terrific instrument after restoration. An original matching stool is included, and computerized player mechanisms can be installed if desired.
