Instrument Description

This is a rather unusual Mission style Concord upright piano from the early 20th century. The Concord Piano Company was controlled and manufactured by the famous George P. Bent Piano Company of Chicago, and they built pianos for several decades. This piano is made of Mission style quarter sawn oak, and has an overall handsome and masculine appearance. Note the unusual moldings and trip around the base of the cabinet. This piano can be finished in any shade of oak, and will be stunning after restoration.
