Instrument Description
Manufactured in 1921 and purchased by a music teacher. When she had to move in the mid-1920s, she sold the piano to my grandparents. My mother took lessons on the piano in the late 1920s/early 1930s. The piano remained with my grandparents until the early 1950s when it was moved to my parent's home. Both my sister and I took lessons in the 1950s and 1960s. It has remained in the same location since the early 1950s. The piano has been recently tuned and refurbished and is in excellent playing condition. There are some scratches on the lower legs of the piano, and one of the two knobs that opens the piano lid is missing. The piano stool is in excellent condition. None of the keys sticks.
